Re-live the dream

The hustle and bustle of a wedding causes the big day to disappear too fast. When Lorna contacted me to say she’d like to donne her gown once more, I was more than happy to oblige. After the excitement of her wedding she wanted a second chance to play the bride again without the added pressure of time schedules and leering passers by.

To make the photoshoot as special as possible, I’d hired professionally trained make-up artist, who transformed Lorna into a radiant bride with a twist on the renaissance hair, giving her an entirely different style. Starting off with a few headshots in the studio to compliment the perfect new look, we rattled off some corkers that her family will be proud of.

Lorna decided she wanted to make a feature of her beautiful dress before packing it away at home. So we took it onto the Yorkshire moors where she could pose freely without feeling rushed. With her wellies well hidden underneath layers of vintage netting, we drove with two assistants to a suitable spot. The clouds were dramatic and the night was about to roll in. After a few test shots for lighting, the frame we needed was done and Lorna had a new piece of art for her wall. If you’d like to join Lorna in the opportunity of wearing your dress again, please get in contact and we can arrange a suitable location and discuss your requirements. A hair and make-up artist can be arranged upon request.

Make the most of your dress and be the bride for the day once more!
